This morning I was down in Providence RI at Fox news. I appeared on the Rhode Show and make chicken vegetable soup. During the cooking, we discussed immune system support, how good food helps us stay healthy and why eating a healthy diet is important.The group down there was great, interested in promoting good health through diet and supportive measures to keep healthy.
