This morning I was interviewed by Gene Lavanchy at Fox News about what you can do to support your immune system so you don’t get sick.  We talked about diet, stress reduction, good foods, and also what to do if you begin to feel sick.We also spoke about what can be given safely to children and people who are taking medications.Click here to see the interview.
