Do you have an animal friend with hot spots or a cracked snout or paws? Is your pet scratching and licking at an irritated ear or leg? If you answered ‘yes’ then I believe we can help you.

Our Furry Friends Skin Soother is a gentle, unscented balm with just 6 natural ingredients. Here are the ingredients and the traditional indications (1):

Beeswax: Serves as a lubricant and also a barrier to protect skin. For thousands of years it has been used in salves and balms for its antiseptic and healing qualities.

Organic Sunflower Oil: Is full of Vitamin E which is great for skin and is a “barrier” oil which is protective and soothing.

Frankincense: Traditionally used in the treatment of injury and skin conditions to reduce swelling, alleviate pain and promote healing.

Red Peony Root: Traditionally used to ‘clear heat; and cool. Also used for swelling, pain and injury. Antibacterial: demonstrates an inhibitory effect on certain bacteria.

Dictamnus Root Bark: A bitter and cold herb used traditionally for extreme heat signs, ‘damp-heat’. Used for sores, rashes and demonstrates an antifungal effect. The bitterness makes the product less appealing for licking.

Phellodendron Bark: Another bitter cold herb traditionally used for ‘damp-heat’ presentations. Drains heat from sores and lesions. Demonstrates antimicrobial and antifungal effect.

Our Furry Friend Skin Soother is Emily Skin Soother’s first pet product. As our existing customers already know, our products were initially made for my own daughter Emily. She was born with sensitive skin and eczema. As an acupuncturist and herbalist, I used my training to help her. Our products were formulated to be simple, natural and effective for sensitive people like our Emily.

We never planned on creating products for animals, but our customers kept writing to tell us how they used their Emily products on their pets with incredible results. They used our balms and soaps on mystery rashes, hot spots, cracked snouts, rain rot (horses) and more. Of course, we were very happy to hear that we were also able to help our 4 legged friends.

After all the feedback we decided it would be silly and unreasonable to not do what we could to help animals too. We made some slight modifications to one of our existing products. Our Furry Friends Skin Soother is the result.

The obstacles to maintaining a strict regimen associated with the typical weight loss program are many: navigate healthy food choices, participate in regular physical activity, reduce stress, maintain regular sleep patters, the list goes on> Slender GR was developed as part of a healthy yet forgiving eating lifestyle. Slender GR’s triple action formula provides unique metabolic and digestive support for the “less than perfect” lifestyle.

Slender GR includes a proprietary enzyme blend called Glucoreductase, which has been shown to optimize sugar metabolism and help maintain normal blood sugar levels. Slender GR also includes a lipase Thera-blend to improve the proper metabolism of fat. A deficiency in the natural production of lipase may adversely affect the digestive system’s ability to properly digest fat, impacting lipic metabolism and ultimately body fat levels.

Encourages a lower glycemic index

With carb-friendly ingredients, Slender GR supports healthy metabolism of carbohydrate rich foods to maintain normal blood sugar levels and encourage weight loss. The enzyme blend Glucoreductase converts sugars from starch digestion to form soluble fiber. This conversion of carbohydrates decreases the blycemic index of the foods consumed and promotes healthy digestion.
